Some limited financial support may be available for participants from economically-disadvantaged areas of IEEE Region 8 who are IEEE members. This includes all the countries of the Former Soviet Union and some other Eastern and Central European countires. Anyone wishing to apply for such support is invited to contact the organisers of AINT'2003 as soon as possible.

Useful Information


Submission:

  • Authors are invited to send a PDF or PS file of an extended abstract (4-5 pages) of their presentation by e-mail to: Alex.Yakovlev@ncl.ac.uk with Subject: AINT'2003 submission.

  • The deadline for submission is 31st May 2003.

  • The extended abstracts are not intended to be complete papers, but should contain the idea of the proposed presentation.

  • All contacts with authors will be through e-mail, thus please make sure that your e-mail address is listed correctly in the submission.

  • All submissions should be formatted for A4 paper, with a 25mm left hand margin for binding purposes (alternating left and right for double sided submissions). All fonts should be a legible size. No colour should be included, as the final printing will be black and white. All submissions to be in English.

  • Selected papers will be invited for publication in an extended form in a special issue of the Wiley Circuit Theory and Applications Journal on 'Circuits for Asynchronous Interfacing'.

IMPORTANT DATES:

  • Submission deadline : 31st May 2003
  • Notification of acceptance: 30th June 2003
  • Final version due (Strict!): 14th July 2003
  • Workshop: 4-5th September 2003
