Poster Requirements
Poster presentations scheduled for the Poster Session on Friday 11th April, should adhere to the following specifications:
- Each poster presentation will have one side of a display board.
- Display boards are on casters and a frame raising them to eye-height. Display area for each board is 1.45m wide x 1.15m high. The top edge is about 1.70m, the lower edge is 55 cm above the floor. The relevant paper sizes are B0 1.414 x 1.00 and A0 1.189 x 0.841 in landscape orientation.
- So this board can contain one B0 or A0, or two B1 or A1 sheets.
- The organisers will provide pins for attaching posters to the board.
